Aku merindui mu

Hari demi hari ku merindui mu
Waktu kian merentas kehidupan ku
Melihat pahit manis hidup yang silih berganti
Hanya satu yang ku pinta
Agar kau berada disampingku setiap masa
Gelora yang melanda
Kian reda dengan kehadiranmu
Rinduku yang membara
Tetap bernyala seperti dulu
Aku tak mungkin hidup tanpa cintamu dan aku juga tidak layak menerimanya

No hopes (Ningunas esperanzas)

The love that I needed was never here,
What is it I must do to earn your love?
Should I throw a tear?
Or perhaps beg for your love?

The day you slip your hand away from mine,
I realize that your love had gone,
And now I’m just waiting for another time,
I’m just praying for something could be done.

All I ever ask of you,
All I ever need from you,
To love me just like you do,
To look at me just like you do.

I tried so hard,
I put everything on hold,
Just so I may win your heart,
To be together till time grows old.

Standing here at Dahlia’s flower shop,
I was hoping that you might come,
Yet I guess it’s time to end this hope,
For I know that you will never come.

A waiter’s dairy

I used to clean tables
I even mop the floors
Scrubed the toilet bowls
Welcome the customers at the door

What do I learn?
I understand that living is not easy
What do I earn?
Just pieces of papers that we call money

I witnessed people disrespecting me
I do not frown
Just smile and let it be
Yet deep inside I'm feeling down

From breakfast till dinner time
People just coming through with friends and families
If only they knew how tired I am
If only they can see and understand behind this smile

I served French fries
I served hot coffee
Sometimes I don't even got the chance to fill my own tummy
And yet I just keep my chin up and pretended to be happy

They say a smile can change a person's day
It work for me
But not for most of the customers
Some were polite and others just stared at me and sway
I am just a person who takes the order and delivers

By the end of the day
Coming home is the last thing on my mind
All I wanted to be is with my love
But instead I am here lying in my bed falling my tired eyes to sleep

We are soldiers

Doesn’t life suppose to be free?
Yet in a world where we live in today,
All that we can see,
That life is ruin by another life every day.

We make the rules,
We also break them,
Soldiers are use like tools,
Millions of life trap in such condemn.

We are living in world with unexpected breech.
To survive and to see another day,
To learn something new and to be able to teach,
What is the value of life we may say?

Tragedies happen for a reason,
Peace will be restore if satisfaction is fulfill,
It goes on every changing season,
Day in and day out millions of life is standing still.

Soldiers like you and I,
We don’t need anything to believe in,
It’s enough we believe in what we are fighting for and die,
Just so we may redeem this life out of sin.

Visions

Time is optimal,
We cry, we laugh and we dance.
Space is infinite,
We struggle, we survive and we lost.

Soldiers are born,
We vow, we praise and we honor.
Man are created,
We wonder, we question and we ponder.

Respect is earn,
We sacrifice, we cheat and we fall.
Life is hanging,
We defend, we fight and we win.

Wealth are made,
We give, we take and we forget.
Impecunious are avoided,
We beg, we fall and we scavenge.

Tears are drop,
We drown, we joy and we fail.
Hands are helping,
We share, we hug and we shake.

The rain

The rain cleanses everything,
Our Sorrow,
Our Pain,
Our anger,
The rain cleanses all in between.
Children are playing under the rain,
As though as the world belongs to them,
They vanquish the sorrow in them.
The grounds are muddy,
The trees are shaken,
The winds are as cold as an icy breath.
Birds are seeking shelter in their nest,
Every corner of mother earth is soaked,
The clouds are as dark as my coffee I had this morning.
Thunder slashes its way through the sky,
All I need to do is to wonder why,
Will this rain really purify everything it touches?
Will it bring life back as normal as before?
Will we ever see the same rain again tomorrow?
To those questions I can only say,
It’s just a rain.
